I’m just going say, I miss going to the Barber! Introducing, Robert, the legend. Robert has been cutting my hair for over 20 years. I wandered in off the street to his old haunt at House of Lords on Yonge St on a whim one day in need of a hair cut as my childhood barber had retired. Robert, cut my hair with such precision and speed that I have never been anywhere else since. He know runs his own salon

Robert, who hails from Vietnam, is a stalwart in the community. His customers love him and that’s no joke! I have spent year after year watching him have a steady flow of customers. I’ve also spent countless hours on the bench waiting for him, watching person after person walk out looking better than they came in, Robert never complains and never waivers. He’s precise even after hours on his feet. The wait is always worth it!

When it comes to craftsmanship, Robert’s skilled hand is second to none. I make the trek to downtown just to have him cut my hair. So many other’s do too. There is something to be said about those that love their work. It shows up in their actions.

I miss visiting Robert and can’t wait for these restrictions to be lifted so I can head on down to get my hair cut. It’s just not the same having your significant other do it.

There’s a bond there and I am glad to have been a decade’s long client of Robert’s!
